Thank you for shopping at PharmaBooks. We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every physical book purchase. This policy applies to all orders shipped within the United Kingdom and the United States.
Returns
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order and request a return within 14 days of delivery for any reason. In addition to your statutory rights, we extend our return window to 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The book must be unused and in its original condition.
- The book must be returned in its original packaging.
For our US customers, we provide a 30-day return window from the date of delivery, aligning with our commitment to international customer satisfaction.

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions and the return address. Please note that all returns are currently processed at our UK facility
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
- If approved: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing time: Within 5–7 business days.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Return Shipping Costs
- Change of mind: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Our Error: If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid return label.
Exchanges
We offer replacements for:
- Damaged items
- Defective books
- Incorrect items received
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for exchange requests related to damaged or incorrect items.
Photo documentation may be requested to assist with resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Books that show signs of use, writing, highlighting, or damage not caused during shipping.
- Gift cards (if applicable).
