What types of books do you sell?

PharmaBooks sells physical, printed medical and pharmacy textbooks and reference books. We offer a range of academic and professional titles used by students, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals within the United Kingdom and the United States. All books are original printed editions sourced through legitimate suppliers. PharmaBooks is an independent retailer.

How long does shipping take?

We currently ship within the United Kingdom and the United States.

    Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days from dispatch

How much is shipping?

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all UK and US orders. There are no hidden handling fees. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs only for “change of mind” returns.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your parcel until it reaches your doorstep.

What is your return and refund policy?

You can return physical books within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item

Can I exchange a book?

Yes, we offer replacements for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us at contact@pharmabooks.shop within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
