We want you to be completely satisfied with your physical book purchases.

This policy applies to all orders shipped within the United States.

Returns

You may return any physical book within 60 days of delivery.

Books must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@pharmabooks.shop with your order number and the reason for your request.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Since we offer free standard shipping on all orders, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (such as a damaged or incorrect item).

Exchanges

We offer replacements for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards are non-refundable

  • Books showing signs of use, writing, or damage not caused during shipping are not eligible for return

PharmaBooks reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@pharmabooks.shop.

Kindly include photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
