We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every physical book purchase.

This policy applies to all orders shipped within the United States.

Returns

You may request a return within 60 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The book must be unused

  • The book must be in original condition

  • The book must be returned in its original packaging

  • Your order number

  • Book title

  • Reason for return

Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: within 5–7 business days

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid return label.

Exchanges

We offer replacements for:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective books

  • Incorrect items received

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for exchange requests related to damaged or incorrect items.

Photo documentation may be requested to assist with resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Books that show signs of use, writing, highlighting, or damage not caused during shipping

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
