Returns

  • You may return any physical book within 60 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, books must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • To start a return, please contact us at contact@pharmabooks.shop with your order number and details of your request.

  • We’ll provide return instructions and the return address once your request is approved.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Since we offer free standard shipping on all orders, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

Exchanges

  • We offer replacements for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Books showing signs of use, writing, or damage not caused during shipping are not eligible for return.

  • PharmaBooks reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Please include photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
